Oliver is a Michelin trained and multi rosette awarded chef.
He kickstarted his career at Michelin starred 'The Star Inn' at Harome and early in his career his experiences saw him cook for the Royal family, win an international culinary competition and gain experience in boutique hotels across Leeds.
Oliver spent years training in some incredible restaurants in Leeds including The Black Swan, Crafthouse & Angelica and Hotel Chocolat before heading up the kitchen at one of the oldest family-run restaurants in Leeds; Salvos.
From there, Oliver then went on to The Devonshire Group as Head Chef at The Devonshire Fell where he spent years creating a truly indulgent experience for guests before embarking on his own journey as a Private Chef & events caterer.
Now, you'll find Oliver cooking private dinners, catering weddings and popping up at a whole host of events in Yorkshire.
