THE MAIN EVENT

rump of beef, potato gratin, beef dripping carrot, black garlic emulsion, tender stem broccoli, red wine jus

or vegetarian: roast king oyster mushroom, potato gratin, tender stem broccoli, black garlic emulsion, shallot (v)

FOR PUD

dark chocolate delice, textures of raspberry (v)
